At Book-Supplier.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please read our returns policy below:

Returns Eligibility

You may return books within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in resalable condition.

The item is returned with its original packaging (if applicable).

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is included.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

Digital or downloadable content.
Books that have been used, damaged, or marked in any way.
Special order or bespoke items, unless faulty.
Clearance or sale items are  marked as “non-returnable.”

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty or you receive the wrong item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Photographic evidence of the issue may be required.

How to Return an Item

The reason for return

Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Book Supplier Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.

As with all online purchases, the item should be returned in pristine condition, with all of the Original packaging and a copy of the Online Book Receipt.

When you return an item could you please enclose a copy of original invoice or your personal details so we can match the product to your account and arrange for a refund.
